Someone said this : ''If you want to write for yourself, get a diary. If you want to write for a few friends, get a blog.'' For me, I write this blog simply because i love to write. I enjoy reading others' blog. Some of them share their happiness, some of them are a bit formal, filled with information, still i enjoy reading'em. BUT when it comes to girls' blog, especially Malaysian teenage girl, damn their blog make me sick! Its always the same content, I miss u, why you leave me ?,u don't understand my heart...bla bla bla...whole page of blog with those wtf posts...Their posts make me sick, but their pictures are eye-opener...ahahha,why don't they just post picture on their blog?

龟兔赛跑

小时候听龟兔赛跑得到的启示是骄者必败，如今再回味，原来并非那么简单。
如果有得选择，大多数人都会当白兔，一只不会睡觉的白兔，一口气跑到终点，打败乌龟。
但是在现实中，如果那条乌龟是你的上司，朋友或者亲人，你还会毫不犹豫地打败他吗？
在一些竞争中，不是有实力就会胜，时势造英雄，在某些特殊情况白兔还是会输给乌龟。。。

那么，乌龟胜了白兔后，会怎么想？
乌龟会认为自己身手非凡，白兔不过如此，手下败将一个!
有些乌龟，甚至在白兔面前炫耀自己的胜利！

白兔，如果遇上乌龟想和自己赛跑，就让乌龟胜好了。
毕竟等级差太远了！胜了乌龟，意义何在？！

中国古代“四象”：青龙白虎朱雀玄武

“四象”：“东苍龙、西白虎、南朱雀、北玄武”。
在道教兴起之后，这些四灵也被冠上了人名，便于人类称呼，青龙叫‘孟章’，白虎叫‘监兵’，朱雀称‘陵光’，玄武为‘执明’

东方青龙

　农历的二月初二，民间称“二月二，龙抬头”，象征着春回大地，万物复苏。天上“龙抬头”的同时，春天也慢慢来到了人间，雨水也会多起来，大地返青，春耕从南到北陆续开始。民间谚语有：“二月二，龙抬头，大仓满，小仓流。”之说，把二月初二定为“春龙节”。

西方白虎

白虎也是战神、杀伐之神。白虎具有避邪、禳灾、祈丰及惩恶的扬善、发财致富、喜结良缘等多种神力。

南方朱雀

朱雀又可说是凤凰或玄鸟。它也有从火里重身的特性，和西方的不死鸟一样，故又叫火凤凰。在古籍的记载中凤是一种美丽的鸟类，而以它的歌声与仪态为百鸟之王，它能给人间带来祥瑞，同时也拥有‘非梧桐不栖，非竹实不食，非醴泉不饮’的特殊灵性

什么时间喝牛奶好呢？

晚上喝牛奶有利于休息和睡眠。最好晚上喝牛奶，因牛奶中含有一种能使人产生疲倦欲睡的生化物 l色氨酸，还有微量吗啡类物质，这些物质都有一定的镇静催眠作用，特别是l色氨酸它是大脑合成羟色的主要原料，五羟色胺对大脑睡眠起着关键的作用，它能使 大脑思维活动暂时受到抑制，从而使人想睡眠，并且无任何副作用，而且牛奶粘在胃壁上吸收也好，牛奶中的钙还能清除紧张情绪，所以它对老年人的睡眠更有益， 故晚上喝牛奶好，有利于人们的休息和睡眠。

睡前喝牛奶有利于钙的吸收利用。晚餐摄入的钙，睡前大部分被人体吸收利用。睡后特别是晚上零点以后血液中钙的水平会逐渐降低，血钙的下降，促进了甲状旁腺分泌亢进，激素作用于骨组织，使骨组织中的一部分钙盐，溶解入血液中，以维持血钙的稳定平衡。此种溶解作用是人体的自我调节功能，时间长了，会成为骨质疏松症的原因之一。晚上睡前喝牛奶，牛奶中的钙可缓慢的被血液吸收，整个晚上血钙都得到了补充、维持平衡，不必再溶解骨中的钙，防止了骨流失、骨质疏松症，所以睡前喝牛奶好。
